  I found FT as I needed a replacement washing machine urgently. As my original washer was discontinued the staff were able to provide quality recommendations and their knowledge of their own stock was very good. One of the staff, Stacy was brilliant and went above and beyond by arranging free same day delivery and installation. Exactly what I needed. I also grabbed some new bags for my Miele hoover and a water filter. I would highly recommend this local store based purely on their helpful staff. 5*

  I called FT by chance after listening to their promotion on Eagle Radio. They delivered everything as promised in a very efficient and speedy manner. The guys who came to fit the dishwasher were brilliant - very courteous, knew their stuff and just got on with it without quibbling (unlike a prior experience we had with AO!) A seamless and stress-free experience that was needed for a mum of 2 under 3! We will be using them again!
